I am a counselor and psychotherapist with independent practice from Lamington Road. I also offer telephonic and online counselling and consultation.

I am a counsultant counselor with Kaivalyadhama Institute of Yoga(Marine Drive), and Trinity International.

I also give talks at HELP library, Fort and run a support group Swayam for depression and low self esteem from there.

I consult with individuals, institutions and schools on educational and mental health issues of school, staff, parents and pupils. I have worked for 14 years with children as well as adults, besides exploring my own philosophical dilemmas and spiritual quests. This in particular adds a unique dimension and depth to my genuine, no nonsense style of functioning.

I completed my Masters in Industrial Psychology from Mumbai University. Did a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Also did a 2 year Tavistock Model Bombay Course in Psychoanalytical Studies and studied various other psychological and philosophical schools of thought.
